alright, dudes. its a 'comin'. and since no one replied to the Forum post, i figured i'd make a BIGGER post. since we're all up in northern california, and most of us have real jobs, i think it makes more since to do it up here. sorry, joel, nick, and pete. now, i know everyone is busy, and we all have pressing matters, but its BIRTHDAYFEST. we've got to make it happen.ideally, i would have wanted it to be the third weekend in August (15th-17th), but someone here in SF seems to have already booked everyone for those dates (Brian, it was Brian). how does the weekend before work for everyone? August 8-10? personally, i would pick saturday August 9th. gives everyone friday and saturday to get to Davis, and sunday to get home. and how does Plainfield Station suit everyone? plenty of space, room for Cannon's Balls to make their 3rd straight BF appearance. what d'ya say Cannon's Balls?
Jen's boyfriend, Derek, works as a brewmaster at Black Diamond brewery in Walnut Creek, and they have a distributor in Yolo county. Derek wants to get us some sort of promo deal on a bunch of kegs. remember when we wanted BF to become some huge party with bands and beer sponsors? KAZAAM!

someone needs to drink a mid-priced domestic bottle in memory of me and jill cuz we can't be there. drink it slowly, and look around like you're waiting for someone. you can delete some old text messages on your phone while you drink. then when you're done, say "that hit the spot!" and smash the bottle on the ground.
